Visited back in August 2016. I live out of state and brought my two daughters (5 & 3) with me as I have no one here I knew well enough to watch them& my husband was at work. The ladies were so friendly and welcomed my kids. Most salons frown on this (understandably so) and I felt terrible when I walked in. But I left with a huge smile on my face. My hair was exactly how I wanted and I felt as if I had just visited old friends.
My daughter's senior prom day! Appt made 2 months in advance for 12:45. She was messaged the day of appt and was told that it would be 1! With her make up already done this wouldn't be a problem. However, still waiting at 2:30 and the stylist that Alyssa was scheduled with asks another stylist if she can take her. This is where I was completely in shock! This would have been great if that stylist was ready but she was still working on a client as well! The stylist Alyssa was scheduled for took the girl behind Alyssa and left Alyssa still waiting for the other stylist! Close to quarter til 3 Alyssa is finally in the other stylists chair! Never once did anyone say they were sorry for any inconvenience! In my presence anyway! We were well out of time at this point

I am usually one not to post negative reviews with that being said...I wouldn't want anyone else to experience this!
I have just walked by it but I didn't walk into it
we live 30 mins away! Ruined this mom's senior prom memories with her daughter! Her hair was done quickly and she was okay with it. Oh paid full price too! Very disappointed to say the least.
Wonderful job, I was very pleased!
