  I have been trying to do some research on starting a gun trust. There are very few attorneys that do these locally and Toler Law Office called me back and said they did do them. The information on the internet is somewhat confusing and there are many internet "gun trusts" for $99 that you can do yourself. I wanted to sit down with a local attorney to have some of the many questions I had, answered. I asked some questions and was feeling somewhat rushed through the process. I had a question about the name of the trust and as I was beginning to ask about what the trust really consisted of, I was cut off. I was accused of arranging this meeting, pumping him for information and going somewhere else!! I was somewhat in shock! Why would I come here asking questions then go to the only other attorney that I found locally to spend a lot more money? I was also told that he should have been charging the same $350/hr as the next attorney that I had planned to meet with, because apparently I was taking up too much of his time! If I would have gotten some information without the condescending tone and pressure, I would have gladly paid the $300 that he quoted on the phone. I'm the type that would even have paid extra if I felt that I was being provided good service, even if he did quote $300. I took a total of 10 minutes of his time, and basically had to walk out. I have never hired an attorney before, but my first experience with Toler Law office, is that the service to his customers is deplorable. I have never been treated so poorly at a business in my life and I wish I could give less than 1 star.

  He's a great man! Very affordable and gave me great information on child custody with no charge. He's always been patient and obviously cares about his cases and clients. I look forward to working with him :)
